H.E.R. fans, rejoice! The wait for the singer’s much-anticipated debut album, Back of My Mind, is finally over, and she’s celebrating with an exclusive album release party hosted by iHeartRadio!

H.E.R.’s iHeartRadio Album Release Party is set to stream free next week, June 21, at 9pm ET/6pm PT on iHeartRadio’s R&B, Rhythm and select Hip Hop stations, and on the FOXSOUL YouTube channel and FOXSOUL.tv. Fans can listen along to hear needle drops from the new record, as well as an intimate conversation with H.E.R. about the new album, hosted by Angie Martinez. Back of My Mind is H.E.R.’s debut full-length studio album from the Grammy- and Oscar-winning singer, after previously released only shorter EPs and compilations. The new record channels the singer’s unique spin on contemporary R&B, and takes her vulnerable hooks to new heights. The new project features a whopping 21 songs—including previously released singles like “Hold On” and “Damage,” and collaborations “Come Through” featuring Chris Brown and “Slide” with YG—along with several new noteworthy tracks with artists like Lil Baby, Ty Dolla $ign, DJ Khaled and Bryson Tiller.

In an album trailer posted on Twitter, H.E.R., whose real name is Gabriella Wilson, told fans that the inspiration behind the album title Back of My Mind comes from the songs being “like a peek into my soul.”

“It’s all the thoughts that I’m afraid to say sometimes,” H.E.R. explains in the trailer. “All of those things that have been in the back of my mind for the past few years since my first project.”

We’re excited to celebrate with H.E.R. and see her behind-the-scenes performance of some of the brand new tracks next week!
